Chuzhou Cigarette Material Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chuzhou Cigarette Material Factory, was established in January 1990 with a registered capital of 16.2 million yuan and independent legal personality. The enterprise implemented the "relocation and technological transformation" project in 2011 and relocated to No. 1436 Qingliu East Road, Chudong Industrial Park, Chuzhou Economic Development Zone in October 2012. In accordance with the overall spirit and requirements of the collective reform of Anhui Tobacco Factory, the enterprise completed the restructuring and was renamed "Chuzhou Cigarette Materials Co., Ltd." by the end of December 2023, changing its collective nature to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Tobacco.
The total area of the enterprise is 180 acres, with a main factory building of 17400 square meters, a logistics warehouse of 26600 square meters, an office building of 4750 square meters, and a physical and chemical experimental center of 400 square meters. At present, we have more than 200 employees, total assets of 220 million yuan, annual sales revenue of over 160 million yuan, and annual profits and taxes exceeding 13 million yuan.
In recent years, under the correct leadership of the Anhui Tobacco Party Group, Chuyan Party Committee, and Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, the enterprise has adhered to the industry's common values of "national interests first, consumer interests first", and insisted on the development positioning of "serving the main business, market-oriented, and improving quality and efficiency". It has successively passed the certification of quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system, and has won honors such as "Top Ten Industrial Enterprises" in Chuzhou City for many years, and has been recognized as a national level "high-tech enterprise" by Anhui Province. At present, more than 200 authorized patents have been obtained, including 93 invention patents and 16 high-quality patents.
The enterprise has a first-class corrugated cardboard production line in China, the first five in one fully automatic box gluing machine, nozzle rod forming machine, gantry composite machine, printing machine, hot stamping machine, embossing machine, slitting machine and other supporting equipment. The products cover tobacco paper boxes, tobacco double ovens, tobacco filter rods, tobacco liner paper, tobacco connecting paper, and tobacco frame paper. Simultaneously introducing atomic absorption, mass spectrometry, and gas phase detection equipment to form the ability to detect physical and chemical indicators for all categories of tobacco paper products. After years of unremitting market expansion by the enterprise, in addition to the domestic market, the products are exported to Belarus, Indonesia, South Africa, the Middle East, Cambodia and other parts of the world.
